Holiday rentals in Cold Cotes

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

Lovely location in a tree lined street. Modern stylish and quality furnishing and appliances and well equipped overall. Hepworth Gallery, The Arthouse and Yorkshire Sculpture Park all worth a visit. We felt very comfortable in this spacious light and modern apartment. Roof lights allow amazing views and spectacular sunsets. Also you feel like you are in amongst the trees being at the top of the building. The large entrance hall in the flat is a great place for Qi Gong and Yoga. There is a comfortable work area again with great views.

We had a lovely 4-night stay at Teapot Cottage over Easter 2025. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family of five needed. The location was peaceful and picturesque—perfect for a relaxing break. The hot tub was a highlight—clean and ready to enjoy on arrival which was great for unwinding in the evenings. Inside, everything was well-equipped, from the kitchen to the cosy living areas. Communication from the host, Lammisa, was excellent throughout. Clear instructions were provided, and she was quick to respond to any questions. We’d happily recommend this place to others and would definitely return for another family getaway. A great place for a large family. The kids were kept busy with the pool table and ping pong. Everyone slept well and with 3 toilets available, no one was left waiting. Great location for the pleasure beach and other attractions, with tram stops very close by.

Lovely little spot not far from beach and town centre with local spots to eat and drink nearby and great access for walking in the lakes Lovely accommodation with lovely huge bed, rainfall shower and the hot-tub was lovely Andrew always replied quickly and was very helpful

We had a great stay at Lucy’s place in Kendal. When we arrived, we were met by Steve who gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the accommodation and facilities. Everything was spotlessly clean and really well looked after, with everything we needed for our stay. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us with crisps, chocolates, biscuits, and all the essentials like milk, tea, and coffee – such a nice touch. We also really appreciated the unperfumed soap, shampoo, and shower cream that were provided – perfect for anyone with sensitive skin. All in all, a really comfortable and homely place to stay. Would definitely book again

Absolutely beautiful little gem! Our stay was so relaxing and peaceful, the lodge was beautiful and just as described. We loved the inquisitive little dogs coming to say hello from the family home & communication was great! We will be back!

This is a great place. We could’ve done with longer - struck gold with the weather so didn’t use the leisure facilities as much as we might have. Really well placed for visiting Keswick and Penrith. Whinlatter Forest took us about 30 mins to get to - great for walks, bikes, cafe.

We had a lovely relaxing weekend at Amber’s house. Great value for money. A really cosy, stylish place. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
