Great house. Host was responsive and helpful. House is very close to the mountain. We had 10 people in the house and there was plenty of room. Overall great stay.

The family lived the place! It was super big with huge kitchen. Dining nook, large living room, combo washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in both bathrooms down stairs and up stairs. Great windows and view. Do note outside lights do not turn off until after 2am, if lights will bother you. About 10mins to Attitash, 20 minutes to Wild Cat. Great place in between. The indoor pool water was a bit cold and a little out dated, same with hot tub, the outdoor hot tub jets were not working. Year round out door pool was ok, water was a tad too cold. I cannot say anything about seasonal pools as they were closed.

Had a quick weekend getaway at Keith's place. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great communication.

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

Jenna’s place was amazing ! We did a weekend trip to visit the ice castles and were able to find a great place to sled with the kids close by . House was clean and quiet . Easy access to pool and hot tub at the clubhouse . Jenna was super responsive and so easy to work with . We definitely want to come back in the summer to enjoy hiking the beautiful surroundings .

We had a great stay at the house. Chris and Nadine were very responsive and helpful with information. The house is so comfortable in terms of layout and has everything you need. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and relaxing at the end of the day. Would highly recommend this home if you are staying in the area.

The home itself was excellent. Our only complaint was the distance to town and Saddleback.

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

I was looking for a place to watch the leaves change for the month of October and I found it. The pictures do not do this home justice. It is more spacious than I thought and the views are even more spectacular in person. Access to all parts of Lake Willoughby and room for two distinct groups or families with upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and a midlevel with open concept kitchen, living and dining areas and a full bath and washer/dryer. It is COMPLETELY stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Incredibly peaceful and I hope I am lucky enough to visit again.

This was our second stay at the fun house, and we were reminded very quickly why we fell in love with it the first time. It truly feels like home while also nestled just steps away from the mountains. We had everything we needed for a family reunion to be full of love laughter and food. Thanks, Amanda for answering questions quickly and being a great host! We will be back!!

A very comfortable space in a great location to access the White Mountains. We (and our dogs) had a fantastic time. Kevin made the whole process easy. We'd be happy to stay again any time.

Matt went above and beyond with his communication and helpfulness during booking, during our stay, and even after when I’m looking to rebook again. He was flexible hands-on right there when you needed them. If you want a place to stay right on the snowmobile trails the spot is fabulous.

We had an absolutely fabulous 5 nights at this gorgeous A frame home. The little details - like the art, projector, games, speakers and a music hookup - made our relaxing days feel extra chill. And the hot tub and fire pit made our post-hiking evenings exactly what we needed most. We were able to cook many meals with the cookware and other tools made available. Beds were comfortable and we slept well every night. Bottom line: this had all the vibes for the getaway we needed.

Great spot right near the trails. Loved riding out , ending up at town after a full day and cooking in the stream. Tiki hut lunch and then an easy bike back to the house. This is what kingdom is about.

Loved it. Exceptional place for a family or small group to stay for a visit to the Newport area and/or Jay Peak. This was one of my favorite short-term rentals I've stayed in, if not my favorite. I've never felt more relaxed and comfortably "at home" while traveling with family. There was plenty of room and separate areas to allow everyone (5) in our family to have their own space when they needed it. Kristen made everything easy and communicated perfectly. The apartment (2 story/ half of large house) was well supplied with everything you could reasonably need, and was very clean. It appeared as recently renovated, but in a way that maintained it's historic character and homey feel.

We had a great stay and the location was convenient to Sunday River. Ample space for our family and good cell phone reception, which meant not having WiFi wasn’t a big deal. Was very nice that the host warmed up the house before we arrived.

We had such a nice stay at the Irish Chalet! The place is even nicer than the pictures. There’s so much space to relax, and our large group really enjoyed ourselves. Also very grateful that it is dog friendly. We will definitely be back!

You couldn’t ask for better hosts! Everything we needed was there and it was actually better than listed! The beds that we thought were going to be twins were doubles, so we were super comfy! The kitchen table was the perfect place for our two families to gather together and enjoyed our time by the wood burning stove. There is SO much to do in the area! I highly recommend this property!
