Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation on a hill surrounded by olive groves and vineyards just 5 minutes from Collodi, 10 minutes by car from the center of Pescia, 8 minutes to the Supermarket, 7 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes by car from the center of Lucca and 40 minutes from Florence or Pisa. The apartment is divided into two levels, lower area with kitchen and open space living room, large closet and bathroom; the upper area includes the two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Parking for up to 2 cars.

Il Timo is in the countryside with spectacular views. You will like it for these reasons: the view, the location, the atmosphere, the people and the outdoor spaces. It's suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). Two-store apartment of 69 square meters: above a bedroom with double bed with the possibility of an additional bed; ground floor: living room with kitchen and fireplace. Garden to enjoy the quiet and the view.

Pretty detached residence forming part of a larger cottage surrounded by a fenced green space. The accommodation is located a few minutes from Collodi (the Village of Pinocchio), on the border between the hills of Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Lucca is only 13 km away. Excellent support also for visiting Florence, Vinci,Pisa, Viareggio and Forte Dei Marmi. Hausbe Room is located near the center of Bagni di Lucca. It has been renovated in a modern Tuscan style to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was converted from a larger villa that borders a forest of chestnut and acacia trees. The difference in height between the main road and the house means that you can enjoy the natural environment without losing contact with the town center, which is only 1.5 km away and 3.5 km from the station.

La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato.
