Host is very friendly. Kitchen is well equipped, we a had surprise Easter visit from my daughter and were able to have an Easter dinner in your wonderful place.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

We had an absolutely fantastic 2-week stay at Kat’s place. I’ve rented a lot of Airbnbs and I’ve never had a more proactive and responsive host! House was exactly as described, beautiful inside and out. Location is SPECTACULAR - easy walk to public access points to the beach, shops and many restaurants. We’ve stayed on the north end of the island previously, and much prefer this area!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and the location was ideal! It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool was clean and beautiful! Upon arrival, there were some stained and sunscreen covered cushions and furniture on the lanai that made us hesitant to sit out there. For the hefty price we paid, we expected cushions and furniture to be clean! The hosts were super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early! Overall a very nice stay!

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

We had an amazing week here! The house is beautiful, clean, and very well-appointed! We had everything we needed & felt right at home! I loved preparing my coffee at the cute coffee station looking out at the beautiful pool & canal! We all loved the lanai & pool - everything is so comfortable and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the lanai sofa while watching the kids splash around in the pool. The shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches are all close to the house which is great - close to everything you’ll need while staying in Marco Island! But, at the same time, the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A great park & an interesting museum are a short drive from the house as well. Communication with our host was spot on – she made sure to let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed anything. We also loved that our host left a notebook with info about the house, restaurant recommendations & beach info. We would love to stay here again! Thanks!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

This was my second stay at Amanda's place, and I loved it. The space is incredibly comfortable and welcoming, with thoughtful amenities throughout. The location is perfect: nestled in a peaceful, picturesque spot right on the canal and within walking distance of everything Goodland offers. Check-in is easy, and Amanda is a kind and friendly host who ensures a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. It was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy with a lockbox and a code. It was nice that each room had it's own bathroom for privacy.

We had such a wonderful time in Marco. Your house was exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was great to have a beautiful kitchen so we could prepare some of our own meals. It was great to have our whole family together in one place. We hope to visit again in the future.

Dan, The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. The condo is located at the best end of the island near a lot of restaurants. The beach and pool access is right there. All and all my wife and I had a great experience. In my experience this was much better than Hilton Head or Naples. I would give it 5 stars out of 5.

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

We had a wonderful time! Jamie and Christine’s place was perfectly equipped for our trip with two little ones. The kitchen was stocked, the pool was pristine and there were amenities above and beyond- games, cozy blankets, shower, baths and cleaning supplies and beach gear (chairs, towels and sand toys). We loved the unique artwork in the house as well. Jamie and Christine were incredible responsive and thoughtful hosts- They provided great recommendations for the area and easy instructions for entry and checkout. The place was also in a perfect location. We were close to two lovely beaches, grocery stores - Seed to Table is quite the experience- and lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Our family had a really nice stay at Nicole’s place. The house was great and has a lot of fun activities. The pool and outdoor space were enjoyed by all! Nicole was also very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house, it has everything! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay for our week long family vacation. The home was very clean, spacious, and welcoming. We loved the pool and spa and did a lot of fishing in the canal from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed. Located on a cal-de-sac made it private and quiet which we loved. Easy 5-10 min drive to all the Marco Island restaurants and sights. Sarah was a wonderful host. Super easy to communicate with and responded to our inquires. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful vacation home! Our family of five used the screened in patio, pool, pier daily. Saw stingrays rays and dolphins! Easy walk to the beach, house also had 3 bikes to use, safe area for my kids! We used the pull out couch in den so made it more like a 4 bedroom! Love the water side huge patio doors. So much room! We hit the Publix on day one and used the kitchen daily. Packed a beach cooler. Highly recommended

Our group loved the stay at the home. We especially enjoyed the dock area and view of the waterway. Every morning and evening, a couple of dolphins would swim through the area. One came by a surfaced within feet of the dock. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was spacious and had ample supplies.

Pam is a wonderful host and her place is perfectly situated on the bay and a very short walk over to the Gulf. And a short walk to Doc's and Coconut Jacks. Plus, her unit came with access to chairs, paddleboards, beach games, and the grilling space was fantastic on the back patio.

My main concerns are always cleanliness and host responsiveness. Excellent on both counts. Very clean and asked a few questions and got instant responses. Spacious place, w3 blocks from the beach. Great host, great instructions. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home! Ideal for a family or multiple couples retreat. THREE master bedroom large suites with private baths and First and second floor large family rooms for both group and private activities. The HOT TUB was a plus!! Pools are great but hot tubs are pure luxury!!!!

We had an incredible experience staying in this beautiful penthouse. Fred made it so easy from start to finish with clear instructions, excellent communication, and quick response time. The view is incredible and the condo is set up so well for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Everything is very well thought-through and we had no need to ask questions for the entire week we were there. You won’t regret staying here!

The sunsets from either the balcony or the beach are absolutely amazing and gorgeous. We loved how it was such a short walk to be right on the beach. The pool and property was very clean and well taken care of. Our host was very responsive and there wasn’t anything missing from information and instructions were very clear for check-in and check-out.
