F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. (always with arrival and departure on Saturdays.)

Come and enjoy this beautiful duplex apartment located on the ground floor, in a quiet and secure residence, just behind the port and its many shops, 10 min walk from the SNCF train station. The coastal path is also close to the apartment, a 35-min walk to Collioure (2 km), a 15-min walk to the coves, close to the fabulous Bay of Paulille and Cap Béar, 30 min to the Spanish border. Market day on Saturday morning in Port-Vendres, Wednesday and Sunday in Collioure.
