Bienvenue dans notre petit chalet de 55m2 authentique en pierre et bois "type refuge" sur terrain de 5000m2 situé à Colmars-les-Alpes. Parfait pour les familles, les couples ou les groupes qui souhaitent se ressourcer. Poêle à bois dans la pièce principale (le bois est fourni). Le chalet est en bordure de route avec une place de parking, deuxième place possible. Le linge de maison n'est pas fourni. Eau non potable. Pensez à vos chaussons pour mettre vos pieds bien aux chaud 😉.

Privileged environment all seasons: splendid sunsets on sunny days and aperitifs near the wood stove in winter. Here no fuss, but the ultimate luxury: time, space and serenity. ❄️ Winter: heating is only by wood stove, 24° max, which is already very comfortable. Loss of mobility? Very sensitive to the cold? Better to abstain 😉

Apartment sleeps 4 to 6 (50 m2) in the quiet village of Les Orres... The entrance to this apartment is independent and you will have the full enjoyment of this warm accommodation. Charming chalet in a quiet location in the Val d'Allos, all amenities, with views of the mountains and pastures. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).
