Home has a huge deck facing the lake, great fun to gather with friends and watch the boats go by. This is an ideal location for visitors to Colon, walking distance to two of Colon's magic shops and any of the downtown restaurants. Located adjacent to the boat launch and park, you can bring your own boat and keep your trailer parked close by.

Sand Lake County Park located two blocks away to put your boat in. This is a classic Michigan inland lake, 102 acres, all sports with great fishing. The Cozy Cottage is one of five properties we rent out and is close to another cottage which are both located directly on the water.
