This beautiful apartment is located at just 50 meters from the beach. The property stands out by a spacious and bright dining room with air conditioning and heating system. It has a sofa bed and a work table with direct access to the outside terrace, furnished and covered. A stunning scape to enjoy the summer and/or work remotely. Enjoy the wonderful surroundings any time of the year. Very close to the town centre and the sea and promenade. Nice views from the different house terraces, to village and sunset and to sunrise and mountains and sea, and a lounge area for yoga, pilates, meditation and reading.
