Beautiful open plan loved house with garden, multiple atmospheres and warm light design, located inside Colonia de Sant Pere village in the Llevant Natural Park. A stunning scape to enjoy the summer and/or work remotely. Enjoy the wonderful surroundings any time of the year. Very close to the town centre and the sea and promenade. Nice views from the different house terraces, to village and sunset and to sunrise and mountains and sea, and a lounge area for yoga, pilates, meditation and reading.

A charming stone exterior of the house is highlighted by blue shutters and vibrant floral accents. A wooden pergola provides shade over a small outdoor seating area, enhancing the inviting entrance. Large glass doors lead to a bright indoor space, framed by potted plants.

This is a charming old stone house completely renovated in a modern, fresh style, conveniently located in the heart of Mallorca. Less than 30 minutes to the sea. We have a nice garden with wooden pergola, covered terrace, small swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, barbecue and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mediterranean climate and the sun. The house has a/c all around, heating, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 3 suites with comfy beds and bathroom. Stay tax to be paid on arrival.
