River Bluff Cottage

French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

Located just a few minute walk from section 16 trail head on one side and Bear Creek Regional Park on the other. Built in 1899 this is one of only 22 homes in Bear Creek Canyon. This cabin has high speed internet and cable, 50 inch TV and dvd player for nights inside. A great seating area and green house for enjoying beautiful views outside.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this quiet, cozy, tiny cottage just outside of town. It has everything you need!Quaint and unique space, the cottage is located in the back alley entrance of our 1/3 acre property. There is often wildlife to be seen such as birds, squirrels, deer, also birds, bees and a few bugs. There’s a tree that provides a shaded area, and chairs to sit on and relax and enjoy outside. We love our neighbors down the alley. One of our neighbors builds tiny homes!

Non-smokers only. The Cottage Retreat is nestled in nature with hiking and biking trails directly out the back door. Trailheads to Helen Hunt Falls or Seven Bridges trail directly behind the cottage! Whether you're exploring the charming town of Nederland or simply relaxing indoors, you’ll love this spot because of access to nature, the decor and the location.

Located just one block from Downtown, and with Mountain Views of the Continental Divide from the deck, Rock Nook Cottage is the perfect location for your Estes Park getaway! Come join us on our 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and handmade barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
