Find solace in this tastefully revitalized residence. The holiday home features neutral grays throughout, touches of color, an open-plan living area, a cozy electric fireplace, and an expansive terrace. The home has everything to make your stay in Colorado Springs enjoyable. As you enter, you will be greeted by the large living room and beautiful kitchen with a pull out coach, fire place, and Smart TV, where you can relax watching cable. The full kitchen has everything to cook your own meals with a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of table/counter space, a Keurig coffee machine with k-cups, a table and four chairs. The living room is connected to the bedroom giving a studio like feeling, with a comfortable queen bed, and a closet. In the first bathroom on the main floor you will be able to find a beautiful glass shower with a washer and dryer. To make life easy, we have laundry soap, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There are a set of stairs in the living area that lead up to the second bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs, spacious bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, with separate reading lamps. Off of the upstairs bedroom there is a second full bathroom, with a large beautiful bath tub. Other amenities include high speed Wi-Fi for all you work/entertainment needs as well as heating & Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. Cozy Victorian Townhome, Trendy Lohi Neighborhood.

Get a taste of Victorian Denver in a living room with preserved brick walls, stained glass and tall windows allowing lots of light. Rooms have high ceilings in this townhouse and are tied together with restored hardwood floors and original millwork. City of Denver License # 2018-BFN-0004619 High ceilings, exposed brick walls, decorative trim and other elements make this original Victorian townhome a rare gem in a newly redeveloped neighborhood. The home is split level with the living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs and the bedrooms, office and bathroom upstairs. (Please note, guests with children should take extra precautions with the hardwood stairs.) Lots of natural light pours in through large windows and a patio is available for lounging in the back. There’s a 55” television in the living room and a 42” tv in the master bedroom. Granite counter tops and stainless appliances adorn the kitchen. Guests have access to all areas accept the outdoor shed and mechanical room. Guests can contact me anytime for house related questions or recommendations on eateries or local activities. I’m available by phone, text or email. The townhouse is in LoHi (Lower Highlands), a popular neighborhood due to its walking proximity to award-winning restaurants, breweries, and boutiques. Downtown Denver, Union Station, and Coors Field are just beyond the Highlands footbridge. Most everything you need is a 10-15 minutes walk. Electric scooter rentals are widely available throughout the area. Not to mention fun, speedy and affordable! Otherwise a downtown bus stops across the street and Uber/Lyft drivers are always close by. Early check-in / late check-out are only possible by special request and require an additional $25 fee.

This beautifully remodeled, clean, cozy historic home hosts the best of both old and new featuring the original wood floors, antiques, art, a modern kitchen, great beds, and more. The location is the best, a block from the st Julien hotel & Pearl st. The location is outstanding - a short walk to everything and anything. The home stunning and is a large, remodeled, historic home. Carefully and tastefully remodeled with radiant heat, AC, wifi, Cable TV, and lots of natural light. There is plenty of off street parking, and a stocked kitchen. You'll have spacious, light and bright private bedrooms with access to two shared bathrooms and kitchen, dining and living room areas. Interaction is limited. Centrally located, the house is three blocks away from the Boulder Farmers Market and a stone’s throw from a spectrum of restaurants and shops. Go for a walk along the scenic Boulder Creek Path before paying a visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art. I mail out a full information packet to each guest. You'll have all sorts of transportation options available. I don't allow smoking of any kind in the property. I don't allow any unauthorized parties. I do not allow more than the number of guests noted in the booking assuming all Colorado zoning laws have been followed.

A beautiful mountain escape with a 10 person hot tub! Only 1.5 miles up the mountain from downtown. This home features all new construction with beautiful attention to detail. There are three floors, all with their own cozy sitting area. The steam room, soaking tub and hot tub are just a few of the many features that make this home an extreme luxury.
