Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Conveniently located alongside the owners’ village pub, The Red Lion, the barn is full of character, with exposed beams throughout the main living area of the barn. Boasting its own suntrap garden and patio with a relaxing hot tub and parking beyond. There is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom and a large open plan living area within the main part of the barn with exposed beams throughout and a galleried bedroom looking down over the barn living room. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.
