Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are allowed with a $20 charge per dog per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps.

Cute as a button! Recently renovated, clean, bright 1- Bedroom (additional bed in the living room). Comfortably sleeps 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked making meal preparations easy and enjoyable. Laundry facilities are located in the common area of the house. Explore the gorgeous beach within a 5-minute walk, or meander through a majestic West Coast forest only 1 block away from the house! A 5-minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Only a 15-minute walk to Royal Roads University.

Located in the West Shore, on the incredible west coast of Vancouver Island, we are a five minute drive from royal bay beach, the galloping goose trail, minutes from downtown Langford, multiple golf courses and about a 25 minute drive to beautiful Downtown Victoria. Our above garage suite is best suited for 1-2 people. It has its own private entrance with private patio, and is equipped with wifi, a fire tv, queen sized bed, A/C, blackout curtains in the bedroom, and in suite laundry.
