Cozy little house with balcony, terrace and views

Terraced house, restored with care and taking the utmost care of the decor and comfort. It is in a small village with beautiful views and very well located: close to the beach or the mountains and half an hour from Oviedo or Gijón. At the exit of the village there is a bar-restaurant and the towns with services are just minutes away. The house has Wi-Fi, a wood-burning stove, a smart TV (Wi-Fi only), a balcony and a charming terrace where you can enjoy the views, with many plants, a dining area and a barbecue.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed adorned with a floral duvet, complemented by earthy wooden beams overhead. Large glass doors provide stunning views of the sea and lead to a freestanding bathtub near the window, surrounded by greenery for a relaxed ambiance.

In our charming home you will enjoy a unique experience. Located just above the Llumeres cliff, with privileged and direct views of the Peñas Lighthouse, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. It consists of a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces (both with ocean views), a full bathroom, a relaxation area and a very large bedroom with an integrated bathtub and incredible ocean views. Very cozy, new house with all the amenities. Nearby, visitors can find various leisure companies that will provide a large number of activities, horseback riding, quads, mountain and hiking, canoeing down the Sella River, canyoning, etc. Ideal place!

Newly built house in a beautiful corner of Asturias near the Valdediós monastery and a few minutes from the most beautiful places in the Sidra Region: Rodiles beach, Espasa beach, Covadonga, Picos de Europa, descent of the Sella, Jurassic Museum, etc. There is room for 5 people (1 child's bed) and a baby cradle, and another extra bed can be placed instead of the child's bed if necessary for an adult. Old Mill in Asturias

Our Mill was the first motorised mill in Asturias. You will stay at the mill house with an adjoining courtyard of 120sq meters. The original mill wheels and machinery are still in the mill. There are beautiful views of the sea and the Picos de Europa. The mill house is stylishly designed with comfortable chaise longues and a cosy wood burner. The mill is 13km from Villaviciosa. The beaches of Rodiles and Colunga can be reached in 25 mins.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with neutral-toned bedding, surrounded by natural light from a window. A wooden ceiling with exposed beams contributes to the rustic charm. A small bedside table and a dresser are present, while a resourceful reading lamp provides additional lighting.
