Cette maison neuve de plain-pied vous accueille à Combrit Ste-Marine, village typique bordé par la rivière de l’Odet et ses côtes offrant des vues imprenables sur l’océan. Orientée Sud, avec un jardin de 500 m² situé dans un petit lotissement calme. La surface totale est de 100 m², dont 90 m² accessibles aux voyageurs. Le garage est également accessible si besoin, notamment pour l’accès au lave-linge ou pour entreposer vos vélos. Terrain entièrement clôturé, mais ne dispose pas de portail.

Les Villas Majolie" for an "exceptional holiday in Sainte-Marine. The contemporary villa is between the port and the beaches. Leave your car and do everything on foot: 5 minutes from the port, shops, and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the magnificent white sand beaches. A heated indoor pool, games, toys, books, terraces, and a fire pit are at your disposal. The interior is elegant, the bedding is of hotel quality, and the surroundings are very peaceful. The garden is fully enclosed.

Je propose à la location sur quelques périodes, grâce à ma super co hôte Tetyana qui organisera votre accueil. Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).

Adorable guest house - small port of Ste Marine

We offer the outbuilding of our vacation home for rent, designed as a guest house. The property enjoys a unique location on the edge of the Odet, and a small door (well known in the village) gives you direct access to the charming little port of Sainte Marine, its famous Café de la Cale and its restaurants. NB: in the first half of 2026, it is possible that I will stay in the other building of the property. If that's the case, I'll let you know before your booking.
