Atypical, unusual, nestled in trees, it is a mini wooden house on wheels, respectful of the environment and designed with healthy and ecological materials. It is located in the heart of the world of Ania under the benevolent gaze of horses.

We would be delighted to welcome you to this charming flat adjoining our 1911 house. Close to the town centre, restaurants, the food market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the Vélorail and the Château de Commequiers. You are 15–20 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and the ferry terminal for Île d’Yeu… Your accommodation is very comfortable and includes a parking space. Nestled among the pines, our newly built house offers a peaceful and natural setting. Ideally located, in a closed and secure subdivision, it has a modern and comfortable interior for 6 people. All you have to do is take the small private path through the dunes to find yourself with your feet in the sand and a HOT TUB will be at your disposal on the terrace to end your days in complete relaxation.

Discover the charm of this renovated studio in the countryside, 15 minutes from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. It is adjacent to our house, so we will cross paths and our two dogs will greet you and ask for some petting. Don't be surprised to hear the rooster crowing because although far from the accommodation, our farmyard has 2 accompanied by chickens, geese and ducks.
