Access to the residence is secure, the floors are served by an elevator and you will benefit from a private parking space in the basement (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 m). The apartment is connected to the fiber optic network, you will have unlimited and free internet access.

It is conveniently located 2 steps from all the shops, restaurants, beaches, without being disturbed by them. The atmosphere is cozy and charming with its beautiful workshop-style canopy. The plus that this accommodation brings you is the garage, in the summer the city center is not free.
