Right on the waterfront, facing the remarkable site of the Ville Close de Concarneau, in a secure building, a very quiet apartment overlooking a garden with a balcony terrace, fully renovated and equipped: a washing machine + dishwasher... 2 bicycles are available. Free parking. Cleaning included. The walled town, all shops within walking distance via the small ferry. It is also a 10-minute walk from the boat repair sites. It is on the 3rd floor of a former sail loft. Its size, brightness, calmness and comfort (160 cm bed, fully equipped kitchen, etc.) make it very pleasant and welcoming. A large free car park (paid parking 15/06–15/09) is 50 m away.
