Once our family's vacation house, this 3rd-floor apartment is located halfway between the town of Tavira and the small fishing village of Cabanas. The balcony provides a beautiful 180º view over the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the Atlantic Ocean. Close to a wide offer of small villages, sandy beaches, golf courses, and restaurants, it is only a 3-4 min drive away from Tavira's town center with its Roman bridge, river, and fish/farmers' market. 2 min drive to the closest supermarkets.

Modern holiday apartment in Cabanas near ocean

Modern apartment on top floor (2nd floor, building with elevator) with communal pool. Totally furnished and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, air-co, Wi-Fi and television with lots of channels. The apartment has a large terrace on the south side and a smaller terrace on the east side, with beautiful modern furniture. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Comfortable bathroom - divided in 2 parts, with a nice shower, 2 toilets and 2 wash basins.

A scenic view of the waterfront displays numerous boats anchored in clear blue waters. The shoreline features a mix of sandy areas and patches of greenery, with palm trees visible along the edge. A few vehicles are parked along the seaside path.
