Mountain-style cabin in a traditional neighborhood of Concepción. Very cozy and surrounded by greenery. Very safe. Within walking distance of bike path and public transportation. Two blocks from the regional hospital, one block from the U of development and three blocks from the UDEC. It is located in an interior courtyard and we live in the main house, so we are attentive to any requirements our guests may have.
