Monthly Rentals in Cond la Jolla

The place is really lovely. I went with my parents and we had a wonderful experience. It is an ideal destination to enjoy as a family. The pools were spotless, the beach was safe and the rooms, very cozy. There was a small inconvenience with the shower as the water jet was too strong but it was not a significant issue. I would definitely recommend it 100%.

We had a great experience, the place is just as described, lots of space for the family. The main bedroom was huge and had an awesome are to chill and an hammock as well. The kitchen was full of dishes, glasses and appliances including an air fryer. The highlight of the house is the rooftop, which has a pool, a grill and a sitting area. It was so nice and we enjoyed it! The subdivision has 2 pools, one is huge! The kids loved it. And the beach is a just a short walk away. Also, there are couple of stores on site as well as restaurants, so you don’t have to leave. However, if you want you can go to Asia boulevard which was a short ride away. Maria was a great host, she was available and responsive before and during our stay. She was super accommodating and helpful.

My stay in Asia was quite pleasant. The host was very understanding and flexible about check-in, which I really appreciate. The place was quite clean and well kept, including the pool. Everything was as described in the listing, so I would definitely recommend it.
