The location is ideal for spending the holiday at the sea being located right on the seashore near the beach in Constanta's North Cliff neighborhood - Dolphinarium area located right at the entrance of Mamaia resort. During the summer period this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent location with easy access to all the objectives of the season, even near the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is right in front of the apartment).

Garsoniera Stela - 10 minute de plajă☀️

The studio is located at the attic of a villa, everything being separated from the owner. Although the owner lives on the ground floor, the studio enjoys a private terrace that belongs exclusively to the guests. It is important to mention that guests must climb an external staircase to reach the studio. In the studio, guests have access to a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The space was renovated in November 2020. We offer a free parking place in front of the building.

The building is quite new, finalized in 2019, It is very accessible and easy to spot. It is very close to the beach 3 min walk, 5-10 min away from Princess Summer Club. The place has a very beautiful view of Siutghiol lake as well as of the Black sea as you can see in the photos.
