New apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Buenos Aires: Wi-Fi, LED Smart TV (includes free Netflix, no cable). Queen-size sommier with excellent quality mattress, linens and towels per person included, shampoo and soap. Large sofa bed, central heating, air conditioning hot/cold, double glazed windows with blackout curtains. Extra mattress for use on the floor. Located in a luxury tower with modern facilities: Swimming pool for children and adults, two grills with tables and chairs, beautiful garden, full laundry (washing machine and dryer), doorman, 24-hour security, and two elevators. The building's location is perfect, especially suited to tourists who come to visit Buenos Aires and the best place for this is the historic Buenos Aires neighborhood of San Telmo, where you will find tango classes everywhere, craft fairs, antique fairs, bars, cafes and restaurants typical of the city, streets adorned with old and beautiful street lamps, with a large number of visitors from all over the world. The apartment's vicinity has a wide range of cuisine and great nightlife. Easy access from the main highways, near the micro-center, banking area, Buenos Aires Government House, Casa Rosada, National Congress and courts. On the same block you will find two parking lots, a butcher shop, a grocery store, a newsstand, a bakery, and more. The building has a beautiful swimming pool, two barbecues in the garden with tables and chairs, doorman and 24-hour security, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer (these work with coins or tokens).
