Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Constitución, Buenos Aires

This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment, and we really are very satisfied with everything. Impeccable apartment and very friendly and decisive host for any concerns.

The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

I felt right at home here. It’s one of those Airbnbs that is difficult to leave to explore the city. The balcony was full of plants and looked out onto a tree. I left the balcony doors open most days while I was there and enjoyed the fresh air waft in. I only wish I had asked the host for more recommendations! If I return to BsAs again, I hope this place is available. It’s not a house or apartment, it is a home…at least my home away from home.

I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

The apartment is super bright, comfortable. I'm not missing anything for my liking. It is 5 minutes walk from the Movistar which is great if you have any recital there, and walk this 15 minutes from palermo. Excellent. Cesar is always available! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is exactly what is described in the listing. Extremely good location. Communication with Maria was excellent and the instructions for access and use of the property are very clear.

Adriana is very kind , she helped us with some extra items for the baby and the location very close to the obelisk metro, train and metro bus to mobilize

Great little apartment! Loved having a washer/dryer. Lots of shelves in the bedroom. Handy plugs and lamps next to both sides of the bed. I appreciated the fresh roll of paper towels and new bar of soap.

Excellent location and cleanliness, the doorman (Miguel) is very attentive and clear with his directions.

The apartment is cozy and was clean. It's simple, but it had everything I needed. Our host Florencia was flexible and attentive to help with the best arrival and stay. The building structure has little acoustic insulation, so you will hear noise from the neighbors. The apartment is ideal for those who want to stay close to everything in the center for an affordable price in a comfortable stay.

Everything was very good The location is good, the cleanliness of the apartment is excellent, Adriana is even in the slightest detail very complete. We would return.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! The place is perfect, with an incredible view and everything very clean, as shown in the photos. The structure of the apartment and common areas is excellent. The host was very attentive, left us water, Coca-Cola, cookies, coffee capsules and plug adapters, which was a nice detail. He always responded quickly and very kindly. My mom loved the stay too. We only have compliments for the host and the place. Would definitely go back!

We spent 10 days in this WONDERFUL accommodation... 5 adults and one baby. The place is better than we expected, SPACIOUS apartment, bedding, towels and impeccable Pillow.. It has transportation to several sights, all close to the apartment, bus and subway. Places to eat and shop is also quite vast and with variable values... If you are Brazilian, light plug adapter, Angelina informed that in the apartment always has, but sometimes other guests end up taking...It's the tip..rsrs The place is very nice , quiet and very safe with concierge and garage 24 hours ... This apartment was a find ! Angelina was a LOVE 💘 the whole time with us... Already we want to return...

very good location locomoción for all neighborhoods nearby the apartment I found it very cozy we were not all day but at night the bed was very comfortable and the savannas take a 100 in cleaning we will come back and we recommend

very nice and comfortable apartment, the location is very good, it is just 2 blocks away, and although it is close to the train station and in an area very busy with vehicles, the windows are very airtight and the sound almost doesn't happen. Ana is very good host, always attentive and helpful. Thank you for everything

Comfortable room for a short stay and activities. Everything was very clean and comfortable, everything worked. They come to clean the room. All the staff are very friendly and friendly, they even allowed us to leave the vehicle after the departure time, so we can make one last tour of the city, very valuable the gesture. Totally recommended.

I planned to stay for one month and ended up staying for six. The apartment isn't cramped for a studio. It gets a ton of natural light, and the sun hits the balcony directly in the morning in a way that's just perfect. There's strong, reliable internet for taking video calls if you're working remotely. Villa Crespo is my favorite neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Everything you need is here, and the people, bars, restaurants are much better than the touristy Palermo(s) if you prefer a more laid back vibe. The apartment is 20 minutes to beautiful Parque Centenario and close to Parque Los Andes as well. Easy to walk up into Palermo, Chacarita, etc. when you need to. Great connection to many bus routes and the metro B-line. Multiple gyms + grocery stores within a few blocks. Anto herself is the best AirBnB host ever. Super responsive to anything I needed like fixing the calefon (hot water) or rescuing me when I locked myself out once. I feel extremely blessed to have stayed here!

Everything is great in Paula's apartment! I found it super comfortable, I had everything I needed and Paula was always super attentive. I traveled alone and felt very safe nearby. Many thanks Paula see you next time! :)

Great space, close to everything, or if not, there are several nearby bus stops. Everything clean and very smelling. I loved it!!

Everything is excellent, the place is the same as what you see in photos. Always attentive and responsive. The area is not the best but it is very close to many tourist spots
