Very welcoming place, with everything necessary for a relaxed stay with the indispensable basics needed. Leonora was always very attentive and friendly and was very flexible and understanding with our check-in and check-out. It is a Pueblo Magico, so it is to be expected that you have to be prevented. The only detail on my side is that I did not read that it did not have towels, but it is fixed with the nearby self-service store. Surely we'll be back was very nice to stay.

The cabins are incredible, Benjamin and his staff were always on the lookout for our arrival, in an incredible location, close to many things, it feels quiet and everything was accessible, they have a type of animal reservation and are in great condition, you have your privacy despite there being more cabins, all very complete inside the cabin., The only thing I could put away is check-in and check-out since it does not give us enough time, it could be at least check-out at 1 and 12 but it is understood that it is for the cleaning for the other tenants, but outside of that everything was very good. Thank you!

The attention of Domingo 10/10, was pending from the start of the booking process, arrival and until our departure, the super nice cabin with all the services, everything as indicated in the publication, additional had extra things in case we liked to use them, an ideal quiet place to spend some comfortable time with the family. I would come back without thinking. I highly recommend it.

We spent some very quiet days in the cabin. There is a big tumbling for children, a tree house, a swing and a lot of space where the dogs can run. The cabin is very nice and has everything you need. Juan welcomes you in the terracería and takes you straight to the cabin. IF you have to go by high car or truck preferably there is a lot of terracería and unevenness. But it's worth everything upon arrival and being in nature. The only thing I did not like is that we rented the house for 2 adults 2 nights initially and then ONE night we had 2 extra children and we were charged the entire stay by the extra children. ($1,400 in total) And yes, in general, it is reasonable to charge you an extra if another person added to the one who initially rented the house, but it should be proportional to the days. Unfortunately, an agreement could not be reached to only pay for the day.
