Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Contra Costa County

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Michael was a lovely and generous host! He stayed on the property in his mini cottage in the backyard and our kids loved to say hi to Snuggy the dog & Kitty the Cat when they caught an occasional glimpse. We appreciated being able to both cook at the place and eat out in Glen Park. Hot tub was super enjoyable for all of us :) This is the rare old-school experience of truly feeling like you are in someone’s real day-to-day home!

I’d have to say I was a little nervous about staying in an ADU but Sushil just kept to himself and allowed us to come in and out hassle free and that helped me feel more comfortable. Check in was easy once I followed the instructions carefully. I highly recommend a stay at this AB&B to all. We definitely will look him up if we are in the area again. Thanks Sushil!

My stay at Duke’s place was very relaxing and peaceful. I went to San Francisco for a business trip and i chose the right place to stay at, the house is perfect for groups as it has plenty of amenities to enjoy so you wont even have to leave the place to go no where else. The massage seats were great and much needed i also stood in by myself and i was very peaceful as well as the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, the kitchen is nice and big i enjoy cooking my meals and i also regret not taking the time to enjoy the jacuzzi as i was either busy or the weather was bit cold but other then that the whole place is wonderful outside and inside. The tree house was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. From someone who travels the world I’ve stayed at some amazing places and this home was no exception. It had the views, the amenities, you’re surrounded by beautiful nature, the rocky pool and hidden cave spa. This home had everything you need for a getaway or simply a place to entertain family and friends. The owner was friendly and welcoming to their home. They were very flexible about my stay to accommodate my wedding the next day. They communicated very well and were always open to my many ask. The home is secluded from the nearby city, but also close enough to downtown. You could grab dinner at a nice restaurant or do any last minute shopping at the variety of boutiques and stores. My friends & I never wanted to leave. This place is magical. Finding all the hidden gems like the sky deck to the carved decor sculpture throughout the property made it adventurous and fun to explore. We will definitely be back!

max and vik were excellent communicators and were willing to go above and beyond to help with parking passes. full disclosure: i did not end up staying at the airbnb (not their fault - something came up), but will definitely see if it’s available when i come visit SF!

This place was absolute amazing! We rented it for my daughter sweet 16 with a few of her friends. They paddle boarded and swam. Had the best time ever. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

My friends and I stayed at Seaon’s home for about a week and we felt right at home. It was a cozy spot with a beautiful outdoor porch and garden to hang out in. There was enough beds for four adults and a baby. Seaon was very easy to communicate with and also responsive when we discussed anything regarding the house. The neighborhood was fairly quiet during our stay which is always nice. We drove to Oakland, San Francisco, and parts of wine country from the house and found it to be in a good central location. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay with your group.

Athena’s home is fantastic. My wife and I along with two other couples took a trip for our ten year anniversary. House was pristine, accommodations were fantastic. Perfect weather for the pool and spa. Was just far away from the downtown commotion but still just a quick uber ride away. We highly recommend this space. You will not be disappointed
