Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

Quiet, luxurious 400 square feet in-law unit (1 Bedroom/1 Bath) located in the beautiful Dublin Ranch Golf Club. The in-law suite is part of a bigger house but is completely private with a separate entrance. The studio has quality furnishings including a queen bed, dresser, office desk & chair, couch, and flat screen TV. While there is no full kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge & a microwave in the unit. We have Disney+, Hulu and Netflix for you to enjoy. No pets please.

This bright guest suite has a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, upgraded bathroom and a sunny kitchenette. The bedroom has a full-size bed and the large living room has a queen bed. The kitchenette has a common wall with our home, but the cinder block construction results in a quiet and private experience. The outdoor sitting area allows one to relax and enjoy a cold drink among the many olive and citrus trees. Easy street parking and private entrance.

Hot tub is private, well maintained and for exclusive use of guests. All are welcome at our peaceful garden studio. It is the back of our historic home, the oldest standing structure in Berkeley! We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.
