Nice Character Accommodation

In the heart of the old district, 5 minutes walk from downtown and 3 minutes from the Canal de Berry. Accommodation adjoining the owners' home, Georges and Pierre welcome you. The living room is on the ground floor with its fully equipped kitchen area and living room, access to a bucolic backyard shared in a spirit of coffee shop. The bathroom with a washing machine and the toilet are separated. The sleeping area is upstairs, the landing serves two attic bedrooms.

It is 10km away from Bourges, which was for a few years, during the one Hundred Years’ War the capital of France. In the countryside, just 8 km from the Saint Amand Montrond exit (A71), the Orgerie is a quiet charming cottage, comfortable with heated pool and magnificent views of the bocage.
