The houseboat is centrally located in 'Holmens canal' with Copenhagen Opera as neighbor and with nearby nature by Christianshavn's ramparts. Charming small cottage of 20 sqm in closed garden with lots of roses; 7 min walk from Vangede Station. The house is new and built like an old train wagon. There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.

Her går vi meget op i rengøring. Hyggeligt et rums anneks på omkring 20km2. To dobbeltsenge, de kan laves til to sofaer. Lille hygge sofa. Tv. Mindre køkken til enkel madlavning. Mini ovn, mikroovn, koge kande, køleskab og køkken ting. Dyner og puder med sengetøj. Badeværelse og mindre gang til tøj og sko. Der er et romantisk varmt ude bad. Huset ligger lige ved bus 35 til lufthavnen. Det ligger kun fem minutter fra Idyllisk fiskerby med gamle gule huse og havn. Fin strand og badeanstalt.

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

You have several grocery shops 1 minute away. You are only approx 15-20 minutes away from downtown Copenhagen with public transportation (the metro, bus or the Copenhagen harbor ferry). NOTE: you can jump right into the water directly from the boat!

Dejligt gæstehus på 35 m2 Lille badeværelse, med meget lille brusebad. Fint lille køkken med køleskab og der er KUN mulighed for at lave morgenmad. Stort rum med dobbeltseng 140x200. Sofa og tv. Spiseplads til 2 personer. Huset ligger i et roligt område, tæt på Roskilde og ca. 300 meter til strand med badebro. I nærheden er der også 2 restauranter. Ca 2,5 km til indkøbs muligheder Huset ligger vores baghave, hvor vi selv opholder os.

Sommerhus i idylliske omgivelser

Hyggelig og idylisk hytte/sommerhus til en familie eller et par, der ønsker en overnatning. Mulighed for fiskeri i robåd, der er til rådighed i forbindelse med leje af hytten. Decidedly out in nature, yet close to the city of Copenhagen, this is a base for your Copenhagen city break, that will give you the best of both worlds. For nature lovers who need (much) more comfort than a shelter, but are fine with outdoor toilet and shower. Close to the airport so not for those looking for absolute peace and quiet.
