Modern apartment from 2018, west-facing with afternoon and evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Small balcony. You can swim in the canal and the harbor. Perfect apartment for a couple. Located outside the city center - it is 3 km to the city center/Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Easy to rent bicycles - e.g. Donkey Republic. 400 meters to the "Enghave Brygge" Metro station. There are construction activities in the area.

I vil nyde at bo centralt i denne et-værelses lejlighed lige ved vandet og havnen, indre by, indkøb, bus og metro, caféer, spisesteder og meget andet. Lejligheden har lige hvad man har brug for, for et ophold i København. Der er nem tilgang til seværdigheder, vand, Amager fælled og shopping. Der er få meter ned til en badetur i havnen og få meter til et bustoppested. Det er nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen fra lufthavnen til lejligheden. Og kun ca tyve min gå gang til centrum af København.
