Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Coral Bay

We’ve been traveling for 17 years, stayed all over the Caribbean. Andy’s place in St John was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the place was amazing. Not if, but when we return, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. After reading and writing so many reviews, there’s always going to be a few that you just can’t please. Thank you Andy for allowing us to stay in your little bit of paradise. Kevin and Aliceann.

I really enjoyed my stay at High View. The accommodations were great, the view breathtaking and the host was responsive and friendly. I would stay there again.

We had a a very peaceful stay at Cassie's place. Even with a family upstairs, it was very quiet in our unit. The views are stunning and the kitchen is well equipped. We ended up cancelling our only dinner reservation to spend more time relaxing at the house.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out! Suzy was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

10 out of 10! This place was just what we needed. It’s private and peaceful but close enough to the city. The check in process was straightforward. The host was very responsive and the house had all of the amenities of home. The view was amazing and very tranquil. I felt at ease in this beautiful oasis. Traveling there: It’s a bit scary if you are not familiar with the mountainous roads of St. Thomas. The steep hills will definitely require a 4x4 vehicle and I suggest that you rent one at the airport. Getting around will be tough without it. Just when you think that you are going the wrong way and you have literally hit rock bottom or Shore bottom, keep going ! You’re almost there! If you arrive at night, good luck! 🙏🏽 There are some stray cats and a very friendly but cautious dog hanging around. They are not bothersome or aggressive. We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! 10 out of 10, not only was the place amazing, but K was the best host. She checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. K was super accommodating as well. The views were absolutely stunning! One of the best sunrises I’ve ever witness, and the cool thing was, you didn’t have to go anywhere to see it, you literally just walked out on the balcony and there it was. Place was extremely clean and well organized, pool in the back is perfect for a relax and chill kind of day. The location is on the north end of the island, you can walk to the local market, we would get groceries there. We went to Sib’s, bar/restaurant close by, one of the oldest restaurants on the island I believe. The food was great! If you want a super private, check out for a couple of days, to rest and relax, this is your place. Do not hesitate, go ahead and book it. Thanks again to K for being the best host and allowing Sami and I to stay at your place. We will be back for sure!

My partner and I stayed at Aaron’s place in St. Thomas for five nights, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The listing was exactly as described—if not better. The view from the property was absolutely stunning and quickly became one of our favorite parts of each day. It set the perfect tone for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The home was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. It was well-appointed with a wide variety of amenities that made our stay feel easy and comfortable—from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that added convenience throughout the trip. Everything we needed was either available or clearly outlined in Aaron’s helpful communication. The only very minor issue we encountered was with the restroom door, which was a bit tricky to close quietly and occasionally caused a disturbance at night. That said, it was a small inconvenience in what was otherwise a flawless stay!

We had a great stay in Monic’s place . She is very responsive and the place is beautiful and peaceful . Definitely recommend stay in her property. You won’t regret !

The house and the view were 2nd to none. Michael was very receptive and responded instantly when questions were raised. Without a doubt, I will suggest his home and stay again in the future.

My stay at Greenbank Guest House was absolutely incredible! The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. Yokasta was a phenomenal host—her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. My mother and I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Greenbank Guest House to anyone visiting Tortola, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great stay. Would definitely stay again. The place was adorable and comfortable. Jennifer was always responsive and very nice.

We stayed in St. John for 4 nights, It was a really nice experience at the vacation rental there. It was only about a 20 minute drive to all the most popular beaches. The location of the rental place was very nice, there were no houses very close to it which provided easy access and privacy. The rental home was very clean and had all the required amenities. We cooked a lot in the kitchen, it had all the required utensils, spice rack, full size refrigerator and very good gas stove with oven. They also had very nice balcony with furniture to sit and pretty good view of mango and tamarind trees around. They provided beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, noodles etc which was really helpful. The washers and dryers were very helpful for us to take care of our wet clothes on a daily basis. The owners were very responsive and took good care of our stay. Overall, it was a really nice stay, would definitely come back again.

Henry was very helpful in the weeks before our arrival and his co-host Aaisha met us in person to provide an orientation. We enjoyed our week there. It’s within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, taxi stands, and ferries to the surrounding islands. The apartment is furnished well, has a/c in the bedrooms, and an east-facing veranda which admits a refreshing breeze all day. There’s a great view of the adjacent marina where bareboat charters are available.

Very nice host . Very cool very down to Earth. She always answered any questions and helped with whatever we needed. The place is nice and faces the ocean and mansions !! Very peaceful

My best friend from college and I took a much needed girls trip and this condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, had an amazing view of the ocean and we were even left a welcome gift. The condo was fully stocked with the basics and the condo manager picked up our groceries and put them away before we arrived. The private beach and pool were perfect and don’t sleep on Sangria’s. The food there was amazing and my friend who has celiac said they had the best gluten free pizza she’s ever eaten. If we had any questions the hosts and condo manager were quick to respond. With all of the complaints people have nowadays with Airbnb cleaning fees and requirements we were shocked that all we had to do upon leaving was lock up. The only suggestion we could possibly make would be to maybe have a list of favorite restaurants, bars or things to do that a tourist wouldn’t think of doing. Our stay was absolute perfection and we’d definitely come back.

We loved our stay at Emily's. The house is cozy, clean and the nice thing easy parking (I know sounds silly, but I just realized how important it is when you travel to St. Thomas). The place is close to the restaurants, good for someone like me who doesn't like to cook when traveling. Emily is so nice and her instruction was pretty clear, so we can find the place pretty easy 👍😊

Our stay at Darryl & Deb's couldn't have been better. From the minute we booked our trip, they were in communication and provided answers for anything we inquired about. On the day of our arrival, we found everything to be as described and never had a complaint for the 10 days we stayed. The location of their condo is prime, with the patio being just steps to the water. It is also close - but not too close - to the bar and several options for eating, as well as the area where live music or a DJ is provided on weekends. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing 10 days and really can't think of anything that we would improve upon. Thank you Darryl and Deb for your hospitality. We will be back!

This stay was really nice for my bday …me and my husband had plenty of room everything was nice from the walk to the beach to the onsite resturant … The host was nice and let us check in early and check out 15 mins late he was very flexible . He contacted me days earlier because it was construction and he offered up options but he ended up moving us to another one of his updated units … We where in walking distance of the beach but a quick drive to redhook strip..I would highly recommend. And he DOES have a body mirror in the unit (that I asked for)

Had an amazing and relaxing stay at this condo. The views are indeed breathtaking. My wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary and enjoyed our stay. The condo is as beautiful as the photos and in a great location. When we weren't out and about, we enjoyed lounging on the balcony and taking in the views. Everything you need to make yourself comfortable and at home was provided. As first time visitors to the Island, we were thankful and appreciative of the detailed information and helpful tips Ross provided to make our stay even more enjoyable; such as where to get groceries, beach recommendations, places to eat and shop. We rented a car so it was easier to get around. When we return to St.Thomas, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, comfortable and clean! Chris and Carol were excellent hosts. Very informative and communicated well. Responsive and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The AC worked great!!! Definitely follow the recommended temperature, it stays very comfortable. We did not want to leave!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Heidi's place definitely has location going for it. It's on the beach and there is a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant right there. It's right by the marina where you can go parasailing and jetskiiing. There is also another restaurant past the marina. A few minutes down the road you'll find Red Hook which has restaurants and shops. You can also get the ferry to St.John there. In the other direction a few minutes away you'll find other restaurants as well as Coki and Lindquist beaches. If you don't have a rental car you can find lots on premises and very close. The place itself has everything you could need- fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, sunscreen, fans, toiletries.. Would definitely recommend for all of the above reasons!

Jessica's place was absolutely beautiful from the moment you enter the door to the open-air balcony with stunning views of the Caribbean and St. John. Truly amazing to have experienced a space with views like that. We are very grateful. The balcony was also big and had comfortable furniture to relax on. Jessica gave some great advice on where to go locally. The Sun & Sea bar is just some rocky steps away and the service is very nice. We did explore many beaches on St. Thomas and St. John but we knew we had the chance to stay at one of the three pools with great views and sun. We are so excited to go back to St. Thomas and hope to stay at Jessica's again! We did notice and want to point out how strong those winds can be coming in from the east into the room! Even though we didn't want to, we did have to shut the doors to the balcony when the winds were strong. Also, you'll be woken up to a beautiful sunrise with roosters crowing. So thankful to have had the experience!
