Staying at the Tree House Studio Blue was nothing short of magical. Ivan and Gena are the kind of hosts that make you feel like an old friend from the moment you arrive—warm, thoughtful, and full of great local tips. The studio comes as advertised, peaceful and quiet offering the perfect blend of comfort and island charm. Everything was spotlessly clean, well-stocked and coming from a regular visitor to the island the location is A++ and hard to beat. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a quiet solo retreat, this place is it. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Camilla! Yes, it is being surrounded by ginormous resorts, and hotels, but you would not know it sitting on the front porch, sipping coffee, which I did every morning as you are surrounded by beautiful palm trees, and a lush meticulously cared for garden. It truly feels like an oasis. You can hear the little bit of banging and hammering next-door, but did not affect our stay at all. They were done in the evening and it did not wake us up in the morning. It is clean and well stocked with everything you need but food and the grocery store is a very short drive. Air conditioning in the bedroom as well as the living room. It is privately gated with an alarm system. This place is beach walkable proximity to everything you want in Grace Bay. Yola was a text message away from anything we needed. The house beach is stunning with beautiful sand and we basically had it to ourselves even though you are right next to Grace Bay. We will be back!

Had a very nice stay- Jeremy and Kennetta were both very responsive and extremely helpful. The place was a lot smaller than we both expected when looking at the pictures- but perfect size for just 2 people for sure. The bed was extremely comfortable- they had all the amenities that was listed plus a lot of little extras that came in handy such as laundry detergent, extra spices if you wish to cook and lots of little things that I assume guests left over to make your stay more comfortable. Soo some room for improvement includes having a dresser or some type of drawers to help store items would be great- also they have an alarm system, but it is totally unusable- if you set it at night and move around at all it will go off and there is no way to be able to set it - don’t understand the point of this. There are soo many little ants and bugs around- (This is not something that they can control) - I was very happy that they supplied Raid to help with this!! Overall good stay.

Our second visit to Kathrins Airbnb. The apartment is as beautiful an clean as shown in the the pictures. There was only two of us but would be comfortable for two couples. The Airbnb is only a two - three minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous!! On the beach to the left 1 minute down is great snorkeling and 2 minutes to the right is Beaches resort - so you know you are staying on a top notch beach area. The privacy and safety of the Airbnb is a comfortable feeling. The Airbnb is in a gated area. kathrin and Marcus were available to answer any questions we had concerning restaurants or places to visit. The only comment I would make is that they are building so much in the area that there is some construction noise and a higher amount of traffic this time than last. I however will definitely be back as it was not a big deal to us. Wonderful hosts, Airbnb and area!!!!!
