Independent and spacious accommodation with an unobstructed view. As nature lovers in search of peace and quiet, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully fitted out the barn. The exterior improvements are not yet finished (façade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. You will find the calm and charm of the countryside, stone, and the comfort necessary for a relaxing stay for the whole family. Free access to the infrared sauna. Recently renovated and equipped to accommodate up to 4 people (6 people to sleep if you rent with the hostel), you will find the necessary equipment to stay for a night, a weekend or for the holidays.
