On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Elle dispose d'une cuisine toute équipée et d'une agréable pièce à vivre. Chambre et mezzanine avec bureau à l'étage. Parking sécurisé au pied de la maison. Quartier très calme et paisible.

The accommodation is located a 5 min walk to Cordemais SNCF station to get to Nantes (25 minutes) or the coast. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The room is above the tapestry workshop of my wife Mademoiselle Causeuse. Its soft carpet and high ceiling will allow you to make a peaceful stopover. Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed.
