Casa Utopia is a unique residence located in the heart of the historic districts of Santarcangelo. It takes its name from the mural by the artist Ericailcane, created on one of its façades in 2020 and inspired by Thomas More's novel 'Utopia'. The house is a spacious, open-plan property over two floors, with a small garden where you can relax in complete privacy, despite being right in the historic centre. Featuring a spacious living area with a bookcase, an open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms, a bedroom with a TV, and a veranda.
