I stayed in Mascia's house for 5 days, it was like being at home. The apartment is large, comfortable, warm, and it was delivered very clean. The condo is quiet. Mascia is a very helpful and welcoming person, the stay was perfect. I recommend it.

We were really happy with this apartment! It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including kitchenware that allowed us to cook our own meals. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very well organized. It has two bedrooms and a large living room, which were more than enough for our family. We highly recommend this place to others!

i spent a week in the accommodation in October for work. It is possible to go by the sea in 5"on foot and jog along the avenue along the sea. The water is very clean, you can also swim even if this is not the perfect place. After work, it was very pleasant.

Small but nice and optimal accommodation for two people, clean and with everything you need. It is close to the historic center of the city and a shopping center. Vincenzo and his father were very kind and helpful.

Fully renovated, simply furnished one and a half bedroom apartment on the second floor (European count) of an early 1970's townhouse. Dining table for 6. Quiet location although only 100 m from sandy beach. Solid locks on front door and apartment. Parking directly in front of the house. Reception and briefing by the friendly hosts. Excellent mattresses and very good cotton bedding. Quiet sleep. Good washing machine, washing line in front of the window, laundry dries within hours despite the proximity to the sea. Kitchen equipped with proper pots and pans. Coffee capsule espresso machine. Wi-Fi 40 Mbit/s good for video streaming and voip.

The apartment is very clean and large, it is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. Its landscapes and mountain views are the most characteristic of the location. The only thing I would add to give it a plus is if it had WiFi that made it possible to work, I recommend the rest. I would go again. I would like to highlight the kindness with which they welcomed us and the attention from Paolo and his mother

This was an amazing stay!! The place itself was cute, spacious, and fully equipped with a private garden, and the hosts were genuinely so kind and helpful they made us feel like family. We loved exploring their recommendations. When we had an issue with our next booking, they were very helpful and went out of their way to give us the support we needed. The apartment is in a very convenient location in central Cosenza. It is equipped with all the amenities you would need for a stay of any length. The bedroom is very dark and quiet- you will sleep well here! The terrace is a highlight with beautiful views of the city and surrounding lamdscape- on clear days you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Pollino. Vittorio is responsive, helpful, and friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are comfortable. I would recommend him as a host anytime!

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

We stayed a week at the farm in Dionysus and had a great time. An oasis of peace and quiet 10 minutes drive from the sea. Perfect for relaxing and suitable for those with animals. The apartment is very nice and simple but very convenient, the apartment is very nice and simple.

Spent a quick two nights at Monica’s place in Cosenza. Everything was great. Comfortable bed and linens. Very very clean. The location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Monica was fantastic and super kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

Antonella is a great host. As my wife and I arrived in Civita, Antonella was waiting for us in the main square and, after we met, brought us to her place (we drove there following her car, don’t trust Google Maps). The room we stayed in is very spacious, and the balcony has table and chairs, from where I really enjoyed morning sunbathing while contemplating the amazing landscape. You can see, the whole village, the rocky cliff (timpa del diavolo), the Raganello gorge and the sea. Breakfast is served in a cozy room with one single table in the centre, so all b&b guests are sitting together and every morning I had some really nice conversations with other travellers. Antonella prepares breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, one day we were even served fresh ricotta cheese made by a local shepherd, so delicious!

Cesare was the perfect host. Very helpful and friendly. If you stay more than a few days you just might become best buddies with him. It was a great stay and we will return one day.

The Masseria Ulisse and Calipso is located on the hill, but at the same time it is very close to the sea( 5 minutes by car). It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, in the morning when you wake up the only sound you will hear will be the birds, you feel completely immersed in nature. The place was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need. Mrs. Anna was a kind, polite and never intrusive person, she was very helpful right away. Always attentive to our needs and also to those of our dog (you can see that she loves animals).. she has not imposed any limits on her freedom of exploration, clearly always respecting other guests! As soon as we arrived, he delighted us with a very good dessert and typical products... Our experience was very positive. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place!!! Beautiful and well-kept structure, wonderful sea, and the owner is definitely an added value!!! We will definitely be back!!!
