The veranda on the front side makes it possible to be outside with any weather type. You can walk directly into the woods from the path (has a trimbaan and a bicycle cross course) and a short walk away you will find a nice area of nature moments. The cozy Winterswijk city center is 3.5 km away and has an extensive range of shops, restaurants and (good) restaurants.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the sitting area features a TV and radio. There is a cozy, enclosed garden. 5 bicycles available.

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Price for the sauna on request From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view of meadows and wooden walls. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee, you will build your own campfire. There is a coal barbecue. The use of your own cooking appliances is not allowed.

We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse.
