Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

You have your own entrance and from the living and bedroom a view of the 70-year-old magnolia in the garden. The house is located in a quiet street. Me and my family like it quiet. You can relax here and still quickly be in the city.

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!
