Independent and spacious accommodation with an unobstructed view. As nature lovers in search of peace and quiet, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully fitted out the barn. The exterior improvements are not yet finished (façade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

The living room also offers the option of 2 extra beds in a pull-out bed. This fully equipped accommodation is located on the Reims Laon axis, 10 minutes from the entrance to the beautiful city of Reims. A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The property has 2 TVs and a separate toilet.

Former barn of the Moulin d'Aguilcourt, transformed over the years into a comfortable country house, we have chosen to preserve its rustic spirit with furniture and decoration found by our grandparents.
