Had a great stay with our daughter and her husband. House was very clean and comfortable. Worked great for us. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

A very clean and comfortable place, fully equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. The beds are comfortable with white hotel-style sheets, and the same goes for the towels. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-stocked. What I liked the most is that they provide bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

After a full day of hiking West Fork Oak Creek Trail in Sedona (about 6.6 miles round trip), my family and I decided to book a last-minute stay and we are so glad we found this place! Everything about the home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Joanne made the whole process so easy. She confirmed our stay quickly and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made checking in a breeze. After a long day outdoors, it was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free stay near Sedona!

Stepping out the front door to the breathtaking view of Thunder Mountain could not have been beat. The house was clean, incredibly spacious and had everything we needed - and more - to feel at home. The house is close enough to stores and shops but in a nice tucked away neighborhood that is so quiet and beautiful - It's a gem!

I had a wonderful time staying at MJ’s place. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were responsive. It was very clean, and there were a lot of personal touches that went a long way - you could tell they cared about their guests. If I am ever in the area again, I will be choosing their place. A great stay!!

Hilary and her husband have a perfectly located beautiful home. If you want to see red rock and enjoy the outdoors in Sedona this home is located right in the heart of it. walk out of the backyard and the mountains were right there staring at you. Hilary always responded and her adventure/family photos were just the right amount to feel at home. The master shower was just what the doctor ordered after a day of traveling and our kiddos loved the trundle beds. there was even a little toy corner with a Lighting McQueen at the signing book. We look forward to returning for a longer stay.

We stayed at Steve’s place for 6 days. Check in was very simple, the owner lives upstairs and helped us with all questions. The location of the house is convenient, it is in a very nice neighborhood and close (20 min) to Sedona. The apartment is well equipped for 2-3 people. A big bonus is a view from the living room.

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary in the middle of the forest. Troy’s home is beautiful and the land is magical. Being able to walk down the creek to West Fork Trail was awesome! And the hot tub after a long day of walking was icing on the cake. The loft has everything you need for a simple stay. It was great to disconnect from regular life and reconnect with nature. Would definitely visit again. Meka and Koda the pups were so friendly and it was great seeing them every day. Troy and Katherine were helpful, kind and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Had been a long drive from Minnesota. And it was nice to see everything already and clean and comfortable. We stayed an entire week and certainly never ran out of things to do. Relaxing evenings reading.

The house was beautiful! The only complaint was that the master bedroom had stained or dirty linen. The sink in the master bathroom was clogged and notice the towels were also stained. Patricia did respond to these issues as soon as we noticed the issues and asked if they could be attended to but I had plans for the days already and I declined to make due.Overall it was a good stay and very comfortable.

This was the perfect place to explore the areas are Sedona and cottonwood, without being in the mayhem of Sedona. It was 90 during the day but we never even had to turn the air on. Theres a little cat that comes by to say hi every morning and evening and that was the topper for me. Clean, everything you need, and the linens all smelled so clean!

Loved our stay here! The view was absolutely gorgeous. Rachel was super responsive and all instructions were easy to follow! Highly recommend!

We loved Julia's listing in Sedona! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved using the pool and hot tub for the complex. It was easily walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a market, with a beautiful view of the red rocks. It was quick and easy getting to downtown Sedona and lots of trails. Julia was kind and responsive and gave us some great recommendations! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our time at Nick’s place! It was the perfect spot! It was close by cathedral rock, the chapel, and bell rock which were all on our itinerary! We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved all of the towels!!! Lots of blankets…the fire department is nearby as we heard sirens a few times on the road outside of the window. I’m a light sleeper snd wished I had a portable fan to drown out noise but I used an app to help. Nice pool. Near grocery and great restaurants…our first time in VOC we usually stay in Uptown. Give yourself extra time to get to west end trailheads for traffic to get through roundabouts with the zipper merges!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Matt and Billy’s condo in Oak Creek, Sedona. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes away from hiking trails, restaurants, and all the natural beauty Sedona has to offer. Matt and Billy were exceptional hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. You can tell they truly care about creating a welcoming experience. We’ll definitely be back and are already recommending it to friends and family!

The views at Vista Ridge can’t be beat! Peaceful, extremely clean and very comfortable in a great location. We would certainly stay there again!

Pictures and description exactly matched the condo. It was on the edge of Sedona proper in a very nice complex near a great small grocery store and coffee shop and bakery. I reached out to Laura upon getting to Sedona to see if we could check in a bit early and were able to do that (an hour early). Easy entry with a code to the door. Very clean condo. Enjoyed the space and ability to cook. Great TV(s) - easy to login in to. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of our hiking days. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Terri’s place. The location was very close to the hiking trails, restaurants, a few shops, and a golf course (so we ended up playing even though golf wasn’t originally part of our plan). Terri’s place was very clean and comfortable. Communication was also excellent from before we arrived to after we checked out. Thank you, Terri! We would definitely stay again.

I was very honored that I got to stay at Daniel's condo! It was so much fun and lots of hiking places to do it and with a hot tub to soak your bones when you're done. This was my first time renting an Airbnb so I hope I did well 😄
