Stayed with Ali a few times, always great. AC works perfectly, it’s centrally located and easy in and out… Highly recommend

Had a great stay with Bart! Great guy, I’d strongly suggest spending some time with him, and take part in some of his side work. I went to several festivals with him selling flavored ice, awesome to experience the different cultures, from a Mennonite rodeo, to a tilapia festival in creole country, couple La Ruda Maya events! Great eggs, something about the frying pan, but boy were they good. Nothing special about the rental, simple, but very entertaining watching the wildlife, and chickens on the back deck, watch your roommates fly out of the eaves, and comeback in the morning! Take buddy for a walk every morning, but watch Rexy, he’ll try and give you a smooch! I loved my stay there, and would definitely do it again, but you gotta be an outdoor camping type! You’re not at the Hilton! Barb was in the states, so I didn’t personally see her long, but she always returns text, and checks in on you regularly. Quiet, and comfortable for my type of person! Enjoy, and relax!!

We enjoyed staying at Ali’s place. It had all of the basic amenities we were looking for. We had a few concerns when we first arrived but Ali was very responsive and took care of any issues quickly. Ali was also very helpful with first transportation from the ferry terminal and back to it when we headed home. Ali also had golf cart rentals for us that made the process very easy. The location is just off downtown so the living area could be a bit noisy but the air conditioned bedrooms were surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the pool and our stay immensely and appreciated Ali’s responsiveness.

Chelsea is a great host. He arranged for us to transfer to and from the port. House is much nicer in reality than in the photos. Extremely comfortable and functional. All appliances work well and the kitchen is well-stocked. Shower with great jet and hot water. Very comfortable bed with high-quality cotton sheets. Everything is super clean. San Pedro doesn't offer much, the only beautiful beach is the secret beach reachable only by golf card (50 USD per day) in 50 minutes. The other beaches are dirty covered with sargasso and garbage. The house is not very comfortable in the center. It is attached to the airport that fly from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and seems to enter the house. The street next door is very noisy and busy, especially in the early hours of the morning. The reef is bleached, corals loose. Absolutely not worth it (I have 50 dives). In Belize, everything costs 30% more than Mexico without good service. Pay taxes to get in and out. It doesn't make sense to go there.

My short stay with Luz & Dale was excellent! Very clean apartment with all essentials and a beautiful little patio area in the backyard. But what stands out most is their warm welcome and hospitality. They were so helpful! I will definitely come back! I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

The place is almost like a homestay, the familymembers were really amazing! The room is basic, but you have all you need.

This is my second time I took this apartment and when I will come next time I would like to stay in same apartment everything was perfect

very great location close to all a vibrant cute little town. Sabrina and Mr. Kelley were wonderful. hosts had a lot of fun. Felt like we were visiting friends.
