Excellent Estancia, very good service

It was so much more than we expected! We wanted to spend a quiet vacation, resting, in a place with few people on the beach and it was just like that. The condo is very nice, and the facilities are very well cared for. Thanks to Gonzalo, Jessi and all the staff of the place, the chavas, chavo and sir for always being so kind supporting in everything. Gonzalo thinks of leaving us in his depa everything we could use, which made the stay very comfortable. We made a roast meat on the beach, although it was high season we never felt enthralled, there were few, the guests who go are friendly and polite people, we almost always touched the pool alone. The sea was super clear, you could see fish and animals, the sand full of conchitas. And at night the awesome stars. We visit nearby beaches such as Saladita, Troncones, playa majahua, and although they all had their own, our favorite place was to stay in Nerea. Would definitely go back! Thank you!!

Miguel, Erica and Damien were fantastic! We had such a relaxing and wonderful time. The house was exactly what we needed. The breeze, whales dolphins and the ocean views cannot be beat. Releasing the turtles is a must experience. The food within walking distance was great, not a bad meal to be had. Erica cooked us 2 meals- chilaquiles and our fresh-caught fish tacos. Miguel shared many great stories about his life and friends in the area which added a personal touch. Highly recommended in every way! We can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Copichocho!

What can I say luxury in paradise place is amazing with breathtaking view's, location, location ,location if you're thinking about it just do it, you'll be more than happy

The panoramic view of the apartment is really impressive. Everything shown in the pictures is true to reality. The place is very quiet, which makes it the perfect setting to relax. The only sound that is perceived is the sound of the waves. If you are traveling with a pet, there is no doubt that they will also enjoy the place as they are all very friendly with them. Mrs. Lulu is lovely, she was always ready to help us with whatever we needed. We definitely loved the place and hopefully we'll be back soon.

Everything is great! The comfortable and enjoyable facilities, pleasant spaces for us and our pets, they are delighted with the pasture and access to the beach, elements necessary for them to eat and drink. Maybe just as an observation that there is a slippery grille for the night on the beach and polish the back floor piritas to be able to walk without shoes However everything was amazing, with the security of going back to the house Thank you very much to everyone who supported us (Mrs. Coco is always very friendly)

The house is spectacular! Herminia, Marisol, Leticia and Gerardo are great people, very friendly, always attentive and above all super cordial The house is super quiet and has everything you could possibly need! Herminia cooks exquisite food. Be sure to try the fish ceviche, it's delicious! Having the beach a few steps away is a luxury! We had amazing days for swimming!! And the tennis court is an extra luxury! It's a lot of fun! Maybe it just needs lighting to be able to play at night! But really Cristóbal and his entire team are great people and above all they make you feel at home Thank you for everything!! We had a great time and I would definitely spend my vacation with them again!

Great place awesome more then what we expected

Beautiful house, everything to feel relaxed. We really enjoyed the private pool and all its facilities. Reyna and Marcelino were very attentive with us, they were attentive to what we needed, Reyna delicious cuisine. We are definitely planning an early return. Thank you Maria, for everything!

Everything was perfect, a stay with the family where we really enjoyed, the villa was very nice, very comfortable and with a great view. Fractionation staff, club, and top-notch Cheff. Totally recommended

Claudia (and Claudia) were great hosts. As described, the home is up the hill from playa la ropa so it’s probably smart to have a car. There are taxis available but it’s a hot, sweaty walk up the hill even if you’re fit. The three things that really stand out are the pool, the view, and especially Claudia the housekeeper/cook. She was kind and responsive to our needs. She made a wonderful Mexican breakfast every morning and kept the place clean and tidy. We had a great stay!

We spent some sensational days in Troncones. The house, amenities, cleanliness, and space were just what we needed. We were a family of 9 so the place was more than enough for us. Eric is very attentive to messages I attend to my questions and Jonathan was exceptional in responding to messages. I would return to this place without any problem. She some comments that lack space for large groups, or that the entrance to the beach was not very good and the truth is that for all my family everything worked perfect, my 75-year-old mother was able to go several times to the beach alone from the house without any problem, although if you have to be careful because the last steps are made of unfinished stone and are not level. Like if they put on a rail thinking of our loved ones of the elderly, it would be phenomenal. We hired a local family to cook for us and the truth is that it went very well - fresh food and local seasoning. Thank you for everything Jonathan and Eric.

Santiago and staff couldn’t have done a better job taking care of our family. From the time of booking to the time we left everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend you stay at his family’s lovely home.

Wendy and Peter's place is heaven on earth.. and I Wendy and Peter's place is heavenly. The location is beachfront on a quiet beach between Playa Blanca and Barra de Potosi and you will fall asleep to waves crashing. I have never seen more spectacular sunsets anywhere. The rooms are gorgeous and thoughtfully equipped with everything you may need. Peter and Wendy are the best hosts on AirBnB. I received helpful and necessary information in advance from Wendy. She and Pete are kind, fun and helpful with EVERYTHING from start to finish.. They stay on the property so if you need help, you can always find them and guarantee you will be greeted with a smile. We spent ten days at their paradise, arrived home yesterday and I already cannot wait to return. No better place to stay in the Zihuatanejo area. Book this place...you won't regret it.

An amazing place Debbie was very responsive and was on the lookout the whole time. we matched some Sacramento couples who were wonderful. the pool is amazing, the beds are very comfortable. everything was communal description. the fair price for everything I offered. it's worth it, it will be a favorite mini-plug from here on.

Shelley’s place is exactly as described. It is a wonderful place to watch and listen to the waves. The beach is beautiful, very clean, and great to walk. It is peaceful and not at all overrun with tourists, which makes it feel secluded and safe. One thing that is not mentioned in other reviews is that the house is directly behind the airport. When planes take off is can be quite startling the first few times you hear it, as they are very close when flying over the house. The good news is that it takes less than 30 seconds for them to get out over the ocean and then the noise is gone. It took a little while to get used to it, but once we did it became a non issue. Plus the fact the the flights are few and far between and do not happen early in the morning or late at night makes it even more tolerable. It would not keep us from returning!

Randy and his team were amazing! We stayed for 15 days and ended up adding two extra days for a total of 17 because we just couldn’t get enough. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The views are breathtaking, and the villa is even more spacious and stunning in person than it appears in the photos—which is saying a lot, because the photos are beautiful. Housekeeping was a lovely surprise—they came every other day, even though the listing said once a week. The home was well-stocked, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. In the neighborhood, there’s a Can-Am cart that you can call to take you to the community restaurant and beach club. The drivers were always kind and helpful—we made sure to tip them to show our appreciation. We had an amazing time and truly hated to leave. We’re already looking forward to returning soon. Don’t hesitate to book this stay—you won’t regret it!

Rachel's place is the perfect beach getaway. We loved being on the ground level, with the waves crashing right outside the floor to ceiling folding glass doors. The unit feels very private, and it's a convenient distance to the pool and the main entrance. It's well furnished with beachy decor, and the kitchen and bath(s) are nicely stocked with essentials. Punte Majahua (the complex) is tucked into the quiet, charming village of La Majahua, which has several walkable beach restaurants, and within a short distance of the village of Troncones. Rachel's team was very helpful and attentive!

The house is the same as in the photos, it is 2 apartments on a high floor and another ground floor, the sea is in front, they would respond to the minute if we had doubts, we felt with privacy and as at home, it touched us in the background but still we enjoyed it a lot, this is another part of Ixtapa that wanted to know white beach, very few people quiet and is 2 minutes from Bar de Potosi, Playa bella. Close to Zihuatanejo, we saw the cats we recommend it, we dine at the lighthouse restaurant. Everything is super and 10.

The house is excellent, as is the location. The area is very quiet and with easy access to the beach. Mrs. Jazmin is an excellent person, very attentive to the details and with very good recommendations. We loved the place, we will be back soon!!
