L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. The first floor apartment with large veranda is about 70 square meters and can accommodate 4 people. The living room with kitchen has a great view of the sea. The 1st bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the children's room with two beds, bathroom with shower From the veranda you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The beach, shopping, and restaurant are within walking distance (7 min). A parking space belongs to the apartment. Check-in and check-out can be varied by arrangement.
