A highly recommended place for sightseeing, very well located near downtown Llanes. The only thing is that the apartment in high season can be a bit complicated due to the shortage in the vicinity of the house. The service was impeccable and the accommodation the same.

The little house in the square is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. Its location is exceptional and the area is spectacular, both for its vegetation and for its tranquility. The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. We loved that it combined the tranquility of the village with the proximity to emblematic sites, excursions and walking spots. It is close to both the mountain and the sea, and a few meters away a restaurant that ate fable. We will definitely be back.

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

The apartment is just AMAZING. The first thing that surprises you is how tremendously spacious it is. As soon as you enter, you realize that you have a lot of space to move, something that is not common in central apartments. It is also properly equipped to have a pleasant stay. It is located in the center, which together with its spaciousness makes it an ideal accommodation for groups or families looking for comfort and an unbeatable location. We would definitely repeat!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.
