A bathroom with a shower tray and a window in the en-suite of this bedroom. The bed is 150x200 meters with premium mattress. The living room is equipped with a 140x200 meter sofa bed. It also has a comfortable 90x200 meter folding bed that can be put in the living room or bedroom, so the apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. Hot/cold air conditioning, Wi-Fi, restricted access with a security code, and Smart TV. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. He grew a devotion so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated, that to any person who prayed to the Christ of the Favors an Lord's Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. The museum Casa de los Tiros 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk) was built between 1530 and 1540 to the similarity of the Granada palaces of the time, it gets its name from the canyons that peek among its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. The Church of San Cecilio is 500 metres away (a 7-minute walk), as is the Casa del Padre Suarez (next to the Casa de los Tiros Museum). The Convento de las Descalzas is 250 metres away (a 3-minute walk) and the Church of San Matías is 240 metres away (a 3-minute walk). These are places where our guests will undoubtedly be able to enjoy their charms. giving rise to the wonderful building that stands out and catches the eye when you walk around the area. Once inside, in the hallway, we can see that it has been kept completely original, with the entrance door, the tiles, the marble stairs... Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got to work! We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

CALABLANCA

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

All about Spain

From its exuberant cities to its vibrant countryside, Spain is a country that bursts with colour, culture, and a lust for living. Stretching 1,127 kilometres from its cool Atlantic north coast to the Mediterranean in the south, the land ranges from baked central plains to lush valleys (Galicia), golden beaches (Andalucia) to wine country (the Levant), and everything in between. The Spanish countryside has become a hiking heaven, thanks to the Pyrenees and the Picos de Europa, some of Europe’s most beautiful mountain ranges.

Wherever you go in Spain, you’ll encounter quaint centuries-old villages, as well as a delight in local cooking and traditions. Towns and cities are loaded with cultural energy, and their extraordinarily diverse architecture reflects a long, complex history, from Roman occupation to Moorish rule, from diverse medieval kingdoms to the Golden Age of Spain’s own empire. More than anything, Spain is united in its appreciation of good living — a place where food, fun, and friendship are all celebrated regularly in the spirit of fiesta.

What are the top things to do in Spain?

Pyrenees

Spain’s mountain border with France is spread across three distinct regions: Aragon, Navarre, and Catalonia. Its landscape of snow-topped summits — more than 200 of its peaks exceed 3,000 metres — is breathtaking, surrounded by forests, lakes, and medieval villages, and crisscrossed with excellent hiking trails. The Pyrenees are also home to some of the country’s best winter skiing.

Madrid

Spain’s capital buzzes with urban energy, where busy days and long, warm evenings are enjoyed against a backdrop of world-class architecture, be it in the form of baroque churches, Renaissance palaces, or Madrid’s many modern marvels such as Edificio Mirador and Puerta de Europa. Art and food are of the highest order here, where galleries and tapas bars are of equal importance. You’ll also notice a sense of space and stateliness in Madrid’s parks and plazas, which make them some of the best in Europe.

Andalusia

The unique culture of Spain’s southernmost region encompasses Moorish architecture and Islamic art alongside Roman ruins, Gothic cathedrals, and Renaissance port towns — not to mention the beautiful pueblos blancos towns of its forest-covered hills. With two separate and contrasting coastlines, Andalusia is also the best place in the country for a beach holiday; its remote areas are some of the most unspoiled on the Spanish mainland.
