Garsoniera spatioasa proaspat renovata in bloc nou, la primele inchirieri! Apartamentul se afla la etajul 4 din 5 in bloc terminat in 2025, cu lift, in primul rand de la mare si imediat langa zona de festival Beach, Please! In afara perioadei festivalului zona este foarte linistita, iar la mare se coboara in 5 minute. Vedere la mare de pe balcon. Toata mobila si electrocasnicele sunt noi. Pentru dormit exista un pat mare si canapea extensibila disponibila pentru mai multi oaspeti. Va asteptam!
