Our family home is ideally located on the wild coast of Pointe Saint Gildas, not overlooked or adjoining. We have a beautiful and stunning sea view 50 m from the beach. The 700 m² lot is fully enclosed, with parking. 5 bedrooms in the main house + 2 in the outbuilding ( ideal in summer). Ideal for 2 or 3 families. 2 bathrooms & toilets. Villa Cocoon, located 900 m from the beach and the center of La Baule. Everything on foot or by bike (2). Beautiful small atypical fully equipped luxury home for two people. Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, combined oven, and integrated percolator coffee maker. The bed is on the mezzanine. This one has a very low ceiling, it's always warm! Terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. Direct access to the heated pool and hammam. Ideal for a romantic getaway.

Family villa in quiet environment, 1 km from the beaches with a 1900m2 garden. House entirely on the ground floor, very bright and very well equipped. The 3 bedrooms (including a master suite with its own bathroom) overlook the private and heated outdoor pool in summer season. the house benefits from two terraces that allow you to enjoy the sun or shade depending on the period of the day, the one that adjoins the pool benefits from a garden furniture and a table with chairs.

Welcome to the charming seaside resort of Préfailles. Enjoy the charm of our 8-bed house ideally located in the heart of the village. You can do anything on foot: -The center is a 5-min walk: bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, newsstand, convenience store, cinema, cafes, restaurants, post office, tennis club, bike rental, "Grand Bazar" and market (Wednesday and Saturday). Ideally located in Préfailles between the port and Anse du Sud beach (300 m away). We have just renovated this house with a lot of heart (and time!) to make it a warm place and make you feel at home. there are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and two dormitories sleeping up to 13 people. 3 shower rooms, 3 toilets and an outdoor bathroom. The environment is quiet, you can hear the sound of waves! Pleasant and shaded garden under a large pine tree.
