Charming 60 m2 fisherman's house, completely renovated in 2021, located in the most picturesque area of Collioure. Pedestrian street, very quiet, 100 m from the beach, close to shops and artists' galleries. Ground floor: living room, dining room, TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen. 1st floor: separate toilet, shower room, double bedroom with toilet/shower area. From the balcony, very nice view of the bell tower, small sea view. 2nd floor: spacious bedroom, attic, 3 single beds or 1 double bed +1 single bed.

Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

A terrace table is set with a tray of glasses and a bottle, overlooking a scenic view of the harbour and hills. The area is surrounded by charming rooftops and lush greenery, reflecting a tranquil atmosphere.

This 100 sqm house is nicely decorated, bright and calm, with all necessary appliances. From the terrace, you can gaze out at the harbour, the sea and the mountains. The parents' room is spacious (25 sqm) and enjoys an even more stuning view. It has a piano and a desk. The localization of the house is perfect with a 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and stores, train and bus stations to get to the cities around, including Barcelona. A parking spot is available, which is great on summer.

A well-shaded outdoor patio area features a wooden deck and a dining table surrounded by comfortable chairs. Potted plants add greenery, while a small barbecue grill is visible. The area is enclosed by white walls, creating a tranquil space for relaxation.
