Holiday rentals with a patio in Coteau Raffin

From the first entry to Anil’s place we felt right at home. From the beautiful open space to the rooms to the surroundings, we loved it all. It felt like a home away from home. Anil as a host was very responsive and welcoming. The beach access was amazing to have, we enjoyed lovely sunsets on the beach which just added the right touch to our stay. Overall a beautiful stay with comfortable all around. We will be back again! Thank you Anil for the lovely stay.

If you are lucky enough to get a reservation TAKE IT. This place is a gem. 100m from the sea, within walking distance of everything and spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The pool and barbecue were a bonus. JC really is "the host with the most" and is friendly and extremely helpful. We can't wait to return.

We stayed in Flic en Flac for 1 week, for this the accommodation was very good as the beach is within 3min walking distance. In addition, every room has a well-functioning air conditioning. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would come again.

There were two of us in this accommodation with our 7 month old baby and were very satisfied with the stay. The most convenient was access from the garage directly to the apartment, perfect if you are traveling by rental car. Overall, you have more than enough space if you're traveling for two plus baby. There were a few ants, but they helped us quickly. Also, the first access to the apartment was a bit complicated. At least the description could be a little more understandable here. The cleaning is very nice in between and that you get new towels. Compared to the 4-star hotel, we found our stay with 7 month old baby in this AirBnB better, also because everything was nice and clean!

Normally, when we come to Mauritius, we stay with family but due to various circumstances, this was not convenient for us. We chose Mareena's place because of its location and price. we were there for a month and apart from a couple of times when the neighbours were noisier than usual we enjoyed the peace and quiet. From here we were able to visit various relatives from all over the island. Communication was good.

We had a great stay in Flic-en-Flac. Jimmy and Shirley are extremely welcoming and always available to answer our questions. The accommodation is very spacious, ideal for our family of 2 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. We had a crib and bathtub, air conditioning and fans, and even a washing machine. The residence is quiet, we were able to swim in the pool, and the supermarket and beach are a 5-minute walk away. There are many restaurants nearby. We'll be happy to go back!

Grindel's house is ideal for a long quiet stay and for remote work. The gardener and maid are extra comfort. The rooms are well laid out, the terrace and garden pleasant. Accessibility of the beach on foot is very nice and there is a nice little restaurant. Communication with Grindel is easy and its recommendations are very helpful. I hope to be able to come back to this place as much as possible. Thanks, continue!

It's actually a place cozy for comfort, peace, serenity and quiet time.

I was in Mauritius for vacations with my family & during last three days of our stay I wanted a place near airport as well as near sea. I searched it in Airbnb & found wala lodge very interesting and as per my taste. When we checked-in we were overwhelmed to see every thing & every corner of it. It is beautifully decorated, tastefully designed, all three bedrooms are well furnished and super comfortable beds, bath rooms are just wonderful and has all the modern articles in it, kitchen is just perfect & every day to day article is there for guests, I could find many food articles in fridge. Waka lodge also has a big living area where you can watch tv. There is a big sitting area outside of cottage where a dining table is there. Tariff of property was very reasonable even when you are getting full cottage. I give 100% marks to Natasha for our finest & comfortable stay at her lodge. Next time during our visit to Mauritius I will make sure to stay here only.

Very large and spacious housing. There is a multifunctional kitchen with different appliances. Beautiful backyard with sofas and lawn. You can rent a comfortable car for travelling around the island.

Kevina's place is in a great location and very open to the outside. It is very well equipped and the pool is a great plus during this period of high heat. Thanks for Kevina's responsiveness. She has been present since booking, during the stay and at the end. Very professional person. I would highly recommend.

Wow, our stay at Albion was nothing short of amazing! We truly felt at home. Alex and Marie-France were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and communicated well throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless with beautiful finishes and had all the amenities we needed. They were super responsive to any questions we had about the area or the home. Highly recommend their place—and them as hosts!

Great stay! Impeccable 👌 accommodation, warm welcome! The cottage is very nice, very well placed between La Morne and La Gaulette. Delicious restaurant next door, supermarket not far away. Super convenient, well-equipped and comfortable home. Charming hosts, super responsive and good advice! We'll keep the address.

The house is pretty and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The location of the property is good as it takes only 45 minutes to an hour to get to any sight on the island in any direction. The grocery stores and malls nearby are between 8 to 20 minutes away by car. The host is very responsive, and his parents, who manage the property, are helpful. I recommend staying at this property if you want to stay in this area.

Loic's house has a good location and sufficient size for 6 people. Within walking distance there is a large supermarket (150m) and several restaurants (my tip: the Roots Spirits!) as well as the public beach of La Preneuse (only a few minutes walk). The place is great for exploring the south and southwest of the island (e.g. Le Morne beach or the Black River National Park). The equipment of the house is functional and good. Great are the air conditioners in each bedroom. There is also a (but quite small) pool on the terrace. A small renovation would need the pool loungers and the dishes in the house. Nevertheless, I can fully recommend the house. Loic is a very kind host who responded promptly to messages. We had a great holiday in La Preneuse!

Florian and Stefanie took great care of us and helped us immediately with questions or problems. The space is a dream. The most beautiful place we've ever had!! The staff were super friendly and all the rooms are very well maintained. Definitely recommend!

Very pleasant stay at Sheel's, she is a lovely host, very responsive and flexible. She even had a nice touch in the apartment for our honeymoon. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated, as in the photos, very clean and secure parking. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sea and the mountain at the entrance. It is located less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Flic-en-Flac and 5 minutes from restaurants and supermarkets. I highly recommend this apartment. It feels like home. Maria’s apartment is obviously a property used by herself. It made our stay easy as apartment from putting food in the fridge everything was there. Three aircon units and fans. Large water containers provided. Comfortable beds and a lovely balcony up with the coconuts. The view of the sea and the reef is stunning. The gate from the premises gave us immediate access to the beach and within 350 yards at least 19 restaurants with lovely food. Maria also put us in touch with a local taxi driver who also supplied hire cars. We had a lovely economical 4 door auto for £20 per day. Couldn’t have been happier.

A wonderful stay with family. Everything is as described & Jimmy is a friendly great host. The apartment was clean, well maintained & spacious for our family group of 5. The Bali themed interior is an absolute delight at the apartment. Nice swimming pool , walking distance to Flic en Flac is a great plus. I would highly recommend this apartment for families.

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. All common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly, resolving it with a smile, even though it was late. The view of the park is lovely and calming, perfect for morning or evening walks. The apartment complex is gated with a security guard, so we felt very safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

Your search for the perfect place to stay in Mauritius has ended- Roumila's place is perfect, and she was such a great host- always helpful and never obtrusive. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and really became a home for us. The facilities are excellent, with the panoramic views from the rooftop pool an amazing bonus.

We had a wonderful holiday in Mauritius in Stefani's apartment. The apartment has had everything you need. From kitchen utensils to the feel-good effect. The communication was great, she was always available. We had a power outage for a day, so it was taken care of right away. In addition, there is a cleaning help every few days that cleans the apartment. The handover was great and straightforward. On the last day we were allowed to check out when we wanted and therefore had no stress at all. I can recommend the apartment and Stefanie 100% because everything went great. :)

Jonathan’s apartment was a great find in Flic-en-Flac. It’s located on the ground floor of a well kept apartment complex, featuring a very nice big pool. The apartment is spacious and well maintained, equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The added bonus is that security guard is always present. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to some really nice restaurants and a supermarket, pretty much in the center of Flac. Above all, Jonathan is an amazing host, responsive and very proactive in assuring we felt right at home. He has a great attitude and is very attentive. Can only recommend his place. Hope to meet when we’re in Mauritius next time.
