Villa holiday rentals in Coti-Chiavari

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as well as the quiet environment the place offers. Lots of nice beaches around and access to the mountains pretty easy. Enjoy local food and restaurants. Ask the Canarelli’s for anything they will get you all the informations you need to go around.

The listing is as described and photographed. Instructions for reaching the listing are clear. Despite the capricious weather, we were still able to enjoy the heated pool.

We spent a week in Maé's house and felt very comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The house is large, well equipped and a little off the beaten path. Unfortunately, the access road had a lot of potholes and was very bumpy.

Jean Jacques was very welcoming and accommodating, thank you so much. The house is beautiful, very modern with lots of charm. The pool and terrace are very nice and the night lighting allows you to spend very pleasant evenings there. The house is quiet and at the same time very close to everything and Ajaccio, so very well located. The photos are perfectly accurate and Jean Jacques also gives very valuable ideas for outings. I totally recommend it! We had a great stay.

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. An idyllic stay, in a green setting on the pool side and a splendid sea view with glowing sunsets... The villa is spacious, we breathe because it is through at the level of the living space. An address like we love them, to keep!

Perfect place for enjoying the nearby restaurants, shopping and beaches. Lovely home great for relaxing by the pool or making your own home cooked meal.

Exceptional experience, we liked everything. The location of the villa is also perfect: in a quiet place, but next to Ajaccio, so it's only a short drive to get to groceries, pharmacy or the touristic city center.

Great stay in a very nice house. Everyone had their own space, we really weren't stepping on each other's toes. Beautiful sunsets in the pool and a very quiet residence. A very small bemol the dishwasher had been broken just before our arrival so we had 3 days without a dishwasher at 12 it's a little annoying but it was replaced then and we were notified before our arrival.

Everything was great, the view and the outdoor area were our highlight. There were minor signs of wear in the house, which was not bad. Communication was great and quick👍🏼. Due to the good connection, you could also explore the area very well. All in all, a great place to stay. We'd love to come back.

Stunning house and very well equipped. Ideal for famillies with children with direct access to the beach and a lovely grass area in the enclosed garden. Beautiful sunset every night! Emmanuel has been very responsive and flexible which is very appreciated however, it is a shame that we didn't get a proper tour / informations by the concierge about the property when we arrived, or at least the next day (as we arrived very late). Especially, as some of the bay windows were extremely hard to open or even didn't open at all, it would have been nice to have a heads up! But will definitely book again in the future, hoping those will get fixed.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

We drove to Corsica from London, so we were hot, tired and looking forward to relaxing when we arrived! And Jacques' villa provided everything we needed. We were greeted by his charming mother, who showed us around and left some cold water and coffee to start us off. The Casino supermarket is five minutes on foot, so grocery shopping is very simple, and the marina is a 10-minute walk, where there are restaurants and shops. As to the villa itself, we were pleasantly surprised - the pictures don't do it justice! It's spacious and well laid-out - the shower is fabulous, the bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage, and the kitchen is beautiful and has all the essentials like oil, pepper, sugar, etc. Outside, the pool and sundeck are a delight in the summer heat. An added bonus is the free bus that drops you off in the main town, which is bustling with bars and restaurants, with some incredible views across the bay. We loved our holiday here and would definitely come back.

Our stay at José's went very well. Despite a mausade weather, we were able to enjoy an incredible view and a very appreciable comfort thanks to the quality of the services of this quiet villa with a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Guilia. The amenities are very good quality, very comfortable, and the house was impeccably clean! The heated pool was very appreciated by all of us. We appreciated José's welcome, his availability, his responsiveness but also his discretion. We just want to come back!!!

We have just returned from an annual two families summer holiday and tried Corsica for the first time. We loved it there and a big part of that was this property. It's in a great location, Jean-Alexis is always contactable and welcoming, the outdoors is lovely, the indoors is simple but you have all you need. Would recommend.

The house, the terrace, the pool, the garden…. simply WOW! Great, tastefully designed and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable and spent a wonderful week inside and outside. Nice large kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, jump into the refreshing pool after a day in Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio, on one of the great beaches or during one of our hikes…you can't get any better!!! Thanks to Franck's tips, we ate very deliciously, among other things, and we will definitely come back to this great area!
